That was an April Fools joke that Moose played on the subscribers of his email
list. There is no 400/4.5 AF-S. This is the exact e-mail that he sent:

Howdy!

Boy, I was really tempted to send you a funny being it's April
Fools, but nothing came to mind fast enough.

Many of you have emailed wondering where the Moose News has
been for the past month. I've been on the road the vast majority of
the month, so I haven't been around to post. I spent and incredible
ten days in Homer AK photographing Bald Eagles, a once in a
lifetime experience for me. We were then in Wichita KS for our
Walk Softly seminar, what a great bunch of photographers! And
finally, we're just back from our spring trip to the Elkhorn Plains in
CA where we've been working on a project for 12 years.

I did want to let you know that Really Right Stuff has come out with
the B50 plate. It works on all Nikon "N" bodies and the F100. This
is a totally new plate, "hallowed" out so it's much lighter than
previous plates. It's a must for your camera bag.

Also, Nikon announced today their 400f4.5 AFS lens that weighs a
mere incredible 37oz!

Gotcha---no such lens! April Fools!
