Finally ported the rubberband router from Ruby to Nim

Yeah I'm familiar with the problem of PCB routing, and I've done a fair bit 
with Delauney triangulation. I just wasn't sure what I was looking at with the 
different colours and black lines. That thesis looks interesting, might have to 
give that a read sometime, the vias certainly add to the complexity.. Does he 
go into N layer PCBs, or is this constricted to just two layer?
