Problem compiling ASM code with vars in Mac M1

Yep, I was trying to cross-compile the binary for Windows x64; in a Linux x64 
environment (cross-compiling) and a Windows x64 environment I can compile the 
binary without problems, It only fails when doing it in an M1 processor.
