@cblake I know that it works for `seq` s. I have almost only used `seq` s in my code so far but I don't want to do unnecessary allocations on the heap when it is possible. Plus, this is not the point anymore, since @Yardanico solved the issue to concatenate two arrays.
The whole point is to have good generic procedures to manipulate arrays and get their performance boost.
