How to make it work? (I'm a newbie in this)

test.nim(1, 8) Error: cannot open 'gtk3'

I downloaded from github archive and tried to compile: nim c 
'/home/vlad/Programs/programming/libraries/Nim/nim-gtk3-master/test/test.nim'
