i'm on windows. and some people on reddit gave me a bit of help. using git i 
was trying to install the 
compiler([https://github.com/nim-lang/Nim/#compiling)](https://github.com/nim-lang/Nim/#compiling\)).
 but then i found out that my bin is empty so bin/nim c koch doesnt exist. and 
then i tried to use the ide but it doesn't seem to have an exe so i can't run 
it.
