I would use gcc (or clang) if I could, but in the end, I want all the stuff I 
write to work with UE4, and AFAIK, UE4 only works with vcc in Windows, so my 
hands are tied.  OTOH, at the speed I am making progress, it might take a 
decade before I'm done, so by then Windows 7 won't be an issue anymore.
