As far as I'm concerned the forum should use Markdown. But Nim's docs can 
continue using rST, in fact there are some features that Markdown doesn't 
support which is necessary for a docgen. For example, how do you create 
admonitions in Markdown? We don't use that feature in our docs yet but we 
should.
