Having a shared system-wide config file is useful in many Grandpa Unix 
scenarios, like shared [shell 
account](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shell_account) boxes. This is major 
retro nerd chic! 🐡 🧐

`nim` would be in `/usr/local/bin` on most BSDs, or `/usr/pkg/bin` or 
`/opt/pkg` on PkgSrc systems, etc.
