Guys, if you can't use macros on an advanced level then you don't need to 
comment. The question itself with the mentioned restriction are pretty 
straightforward, if you don't know macros then it's fine. But I will explain it 
again anyway - I want to define types and procs working with those types with 
macros.quote, if possible. There is nothing else to say.
