Umm... so I kinda assumed if that's meant to be a "conference", there would be 
a way for some interaction with the viewers... at least a QA at the end, and 
maybe even questions during the talk... I initially assumed some kinda 
Hangouts/Zoom/Jitsi/... thing; AFAIU, both Twitch & Youtube you mentioned above 
seem to provide some kinda chat at least, so I assume this OBS thing supports 
it? But with a mention of prerecorded talks, I'm now really confused as to 
planned level of interactivity...? Personally, it would be much harder for me 
to present if I could not feel any kind of live connection with the audience...
