Hoping someone could help me out with this. I found the following post that
describes my situation

I installed NistNet on FC4 with rtc as module and got NistNet loaded
successfully.
But, the issue is when I try to use NistNet, all the packets are getting
queued up
indefinitely, when I do a flush, they are arriving at the destination.
Im running FC4 with kernel 2.6.11-1. I would really appreciate some
guidance. I cant find an answer for this one.
