You cannot (*YET*, I've been requesting it and it is rising higher on
the list) remove the header and footer. The best you can do (as
you've learned) is minimize them.

Unfortunately, I can't use NWE for work yet (because it still doesn't
have a couple of features that I don't really need, but my clients
insist upon), but there is one little project that seems like a good

I can see how to expand the margins on the sides until they almost
meet
the edges (they don't have to meet them fully, so that's all
right), but
I can't see how to remove the header and footer spaces to move the top
and bottom margins close to the edges in the same way.
I've set up two styles to alternate (hit Return in one and the next
line
is in the other style) and this seems to work when I'm inputting
text in
the surrounding document, but I can't seem to make them alternate in a
table. In fact, I can't seem to set any default style in the table at
all--what am I missing?
