Rajveer, Thanks for the information.
The system is meaningful if there is anybody to hear and redress the grievance. Apart from this grievance facility, India has very significant position in IT field but if you send a mail to the Honorable IT Minister, probably it won't reach him due to any technical reason or even if he receive the mail you will not get an answer for your mail. This is the system still we have. What do you think about this? I am regretted to say that most of our Ministers are still ignorant to use this simple and fastest technology. They are still depend on their secretaries for answering to the people. It is appreciable if the secretary answer for it atleast. What should I say more? Still they won't come out of car if personal assistant would not open its door. I am sorry if I wrote anything wrong but I wrote out of my experience also.
