*Position Description:*

Reporting to the team manager, you will be responsible for the quality and
accuracy of the work in the team, which includes ensuring quality and
accuracy of client records, month end valuations and other reports related
to client portfolios. The scope of this responsibility ranges from
performing these activities to validating them through controlling and
ensuring compliance with procedures and industry best practices. Training
and coaching associates on variety of technically focused theory and tasks,
as well as providing feedback, will also be part of your responsibilities.
Finally, you will take the lead in team and department initiatives.

*Profile*:

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 to 4 years working experience and exposure to the Finance Industry
• Experience in middle/back-office activities is an asset
• Fluent English is essential, French (and German) are an asset
• High level of initiative and drive
• Ability to identify issues and recommend solutions to problems of any
level of complexity
• Strong communication skills (within and outside team)
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to provide coverage to other roles/teams in the department
• Exposure to projects
• Strong team player
• Solid PC literacy skills

definition and execution of the  life cycle of Indigo Digital Front End
Solutions ( New Product Introduction, Regional beta programs, funnel
customer feedback to Division, manage operational Forecast, End of
Life), Price and Promotion, Partners Solutions for key applications, deliver
Sales and Pre-Sales training content and demo strategy.

Key tasks will include reception & telephony related tasks, as well as
providing voice and mobile phone support.
