Hot chocolate puddingIngredients • 
1/2 cup butter •  300 gm bittersweet chocolate (chopped) •  2 large
eggs •  2 large egg yolks •  3/4 cup sugar •  1 tsp self-rising flour
•  1 cup whipped cream •  2 tsp vanilla extract •  6 custard cups. Method•  
Preheat the oven to 400F. Butter
and flour six custard cups  •  Arrange dishes on a baking sheet   • 
Stir 1/2 cup butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat
until melted and smooth   •  Using an electric mixer, beat eggs, yolks,
and sugar in a medium bowl for about 8 minutes until mixture is
thick  •  Using a rubber spatula, fold melted chocolate mixture and
pour into egg mixture Divide batter among the custard cups  •  Bake
until puddings are puffed and dry on tops and when the tester inserted
into center comes out with very moist crumbs still attached  •  Serve
warm with vanilla ice-cream.
