Traditional Pavlova with seasonal fruits

Ingredients
Minipavlova (see recipe below) 1, whipped cream (enough to cover 
pavlova),seasonal fruits (sliced) 30 gm – kiwi, melons, strawberry, 
passionfruit pulp, icing sugar 1 gm.

Preparation
Placemini pavlova into the centre of the plate. Place cream into piping bagand 
pipe cream around the whole pavlova so no meringue is exposed.Place fruits on 
top of pavlova. Drizzle passion fruit pulp over thefruits and dust with icing 
sugar.
