When adding a cygwin port do you think we should move the configuration file to /etc/nix.conf? Nobody (not knowing nix) will find the file in /nix/etc/nix.conf without reading the manual...
What have been the reasons to put it all into /nix ? The same question applies to /nix/bin -> /usr/bin (cygwin default)..
