I have Leopard running on my desktop. I believe my first try with the Kalyway 10.5.2 installer failed, so I used the 10.5.1 installer and that went through without a problem. I then ran the Kalyway update to 10.5.2. I had to use the NVInject Installer to get my Nvidia card working at full resolution. The deal breaker for me was not being able to get my M-Audio Delta 1010LT working. My entire reason for wanting OSX was so I could use that audio/midi interface to do work in Logic Pro, Reason, and Final Cut Pro to do AV creation and editing. Apparently M-Audio will not release OSX PCI drivers for it, instead opting to work on their PCI-Express and Firewire/USB stuff, so it may never work. For the most part, everything else worked. I was only able to get two-channel audio from my integrated audio, but I didn't spend much time trying to get it working, so it may work fine with some tweaking. The two sites that xor recommended are the two that I recall using the most. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "NLUG" group.
