I am sure ALL the vendors will be just as transparent as your detailed telephone bill or hospital bills are. All the details will be there, but for 'simplification' several will be 'summarized' (the curmudgeon in me says that is a synonym for obfuscation).
For those of us that are budget constrained, the prices wanted by the vendors for connectivity, and they bundle things to a point that getting a low price for simple low end services is almost impossible. Currently they are available most places, but you have to know the tariffs better than the vendors, and for many people, they feel like they are being serviced rather than served by the various providers ....
