Meant to bring up discussion of what the group wants to work on at the July LinuxFest at the last NLUG meeting, June 12. Everybody available July 28??

We had two issues on the list recently generate good discussion: "DNS & DHCP" and Nagios. Selfish full disclosure - these are critical topics for me also. Curt Lundgren has given us excellent overviews of how he manages the complex nature of DNS & DHCP at Watkins. I do not wish to impose on Curt except that he would likely be there part of the time. Tilghman indicates that he will present about DNS & DHCP at our August meeting. Both presenters will agree that a one hour overview only scratches the surface on these topics. Likewise Nagios - lots of switches to flip and dials to frobnicate.

What other linux topics are thorns in "our proverbial sides" for which a workshop would be of benefit?
