Hi,

I have been working for sometime on embedded boards such as Beagleboard-Xm
and Pandaboard(these boards are just advanced versions of the Pi). You
could start by porting different Linux based operating systems like Ubuntu
or Fedora to it. The primary aim for making Pi was to make computer
available to students who could not afford it. I am planning to give a talk
on Pandaboard at the next NLUG meeting but the meeting room projector does
not have a HDMI input. Nor do I have or know anyone who as VGA -
HDMI converter.

Below is the official YouTube channel with a lot of raspberry tutorials
which should help you I guess:

Cheers,
Jayneil.
