I have a friend who wants to put together a house inspection
database. The old one he used was Microsoft's Access, which he does
not have access to any more.
I was thinking of using web access with MySQL and PHP(or other).
One thing he is worried about is Internet access in the field. But
that could be covered with paper.
Looking for comments on this approach.
