Okay, I get the Twilio (and similar [ web | cloud | apps ] things).
Next, I'll need a short course in how to write a script that will make
the http call to send the text. Don't need to receive -- yet...
Uhhhh, did I say that this is an internal application that we'd just as
soon not expose to the web too much...
