Google Books has "SCO Unix in a Nutshell" online.  It has pretty good
information on the commands SCO had available.

Evidently SCO has a 'backup' command that is a wrapper for cpio.  But the
'sysadmsh' was suggested as a better
system backup command.  sysadmsh has both a command line and 'full screen'
modes.
