AFAIK, there is a serious issue with the current snapshots and artifact resolution. My guess is that is why Shane pulled the 0.14-SNAPSHOTartifacts.

There is no org/apache/maven/dotnet directory in the snapshot repo, so that's why you're getting the error. I just updated and built it locally with no problem, so that's probably the easist thing (assuming you have Maven and a JDK installed-- I didn't try the bootstrap build). Let us know if you need help with building it. Otherwise, maybe one of the developers will deploy new snapshots. -- Wendy
