They can be retrofitted, of course, but they are still dated because a lot
of the dependency tests deal with netmodules, which are no longer supported.
Also most of the tests were created before the introduction of the
nmaven-settings.xml file, which now allows us to test under Mono and
Microsoft, without explictly defining the vendor within the pom.xml file
itself, thus we can reduce the number of IT tests.
