Not a bother at all, Dusty. >From my recollection, 0.14 was never officially released. This means you will need to to build the artifacts yourself, and I am not sure if there is a tag or branch that corresponds to 0.14 as it was never officially released.
My advise would be to work with the latest (0.15-incubating/0.16 trunk).
