I've just noticed that exmh blew up when I moved to nmh-1.0.

Digging a bit deeper, I find that exmh manages to get a "-alias aliases"
flag passed to spost (why? I dunno). This breaks spost. I don't know
entirely what's going wrong, but inside etcpath() (called from alias()), the
function m_mailpath() returns the wrong value because maildir is
uninitialized. When I traced things through with a debugger, it quickly
became apparent that the call to context_foil() that was added was
stopping the profile from being read. Commenting out the call makes
things work again, but I'm not sure why it was put in in the first
place.

Any comments? Has anybody else noticed this?
