As I've mentioned to Doug in private e-mail, I think when using
CVS it makes more sense to have a single repository and make the
stable branch a tagged revision branch. That way it is easy to
see what the differences between the stable and dev branches is
at any point and to generate patches to migrate features or fixes
between them. If you agree with this, you should voice your
oppinion to Doug gets some idea for what people prefer with
respect to this.
