Thanks for the bug report, Neil. I've added mts.conf.man to the repository
and added references to it in man/Makefile.in.
Sorry for the delay in addressing this, especially since you addressed that
recent sendmail problem of mine so quickly! ;^> In my defense, my CVS write
access got broken when Doug changed machines, and it was only fixed recently.
