Huh ... did you compile directly from the 1.6 tarball? I ask because that line does not appear in the distributed sbr/dtimep.c. sbr/dtimep.c is generated by lex/flex from sbr/dtimep.l, but the distribution ships with a pre-generated dtimep.c so you shouldn't need to run lex/flex unless something unusual is happening.
