Oh, I am sorry I missed that the first time around! Yes, you did! And I even commented on that thread, but I think I was distracted by Andy's patch (and my memory was that there were a bunch of bugs floating around and we left things in kind of a vague state), and even after a reread of that whole thread it doesn't seem like they all got resolved? --Ken
