The MPIRUN and RELAX_ARGS arguments have been introduced. These are normally unset but, for the OpenMPI jobs, they are set to "mpirun -np 2" and "--multi='mpi4py'" respectively. This allows the duplicated entries for the information printout and test suite execution to be collapsed into one.
