Hi,
I'm trying to run relax on a different computer that uses windows instead
of macOS and have been receiving this error when trying to run the newest
version of relax (5.1,0).
ImportError: ImportError('DLL load failed while importing relax_fit: The
specified module could not be found.') Relaxation curve fitting is
unavailable, try compiling the C modules.
I looked through the mailing lists and saw that the issue was present back
in 2012-2013 but I wasn't sure if it was resolved and if so, how that could
be resolved.
