[NMusers] Parameter Shrinkage

Greetings All! I am revising a pop PK paper and one of the reviewers would
like to see parameter shrinkage reported. Does anyone know how to compute
this? And, what is considered "low" verses "high" shrinkage? Thanks so
much in advance for any help you can offer!
