The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and Comprehensive Cancer Center currently has an opening for a full-time postdoctoral research associate to support PK/PD modeling and simulation efforts within ongoing NIH-funded research projects. These studies involve the pre-clinical and clinical development of novel anti-cancer therapies and novel drug combinations, as well as characterizing the mechanisms of resistance to FDA approved agents. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in pharmacology, statistics, engineering, or related field and specific training, experiences, and a demonstrated track record in applying modeling and simulation tools, such as NONMEM, R and/or other related programs, toward clinical and/or preclinical pharmacology studies.
