A subteam of motivated data programmers affiliated with ISoP Data Standards 
Group* has recently focus attention on the quality of source data, as this 
stands as the important contributors for the overall efficiency and quality of 
pharmacometric datasets. They aim to investigate what issues exist in the 
collection of pharmacometrics data and they have designed to following survey.

Please complete the survey in the link below to help us better understand 
issues in data collection practices. The survey is targeting the audience that 
performs data preparation, so please forward this email to your colleagues.
The survey consists of 20 questions and it should take about 10 minutes to
