The Director of Clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics will be responsible 
to lead clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics deliverables for both early 
and late-stage clinical development. Emphasis on clinical dose selection and 
predictive PK/PD modeling. This includes pop PK as well as translational 
approaches. This is a very visible role and reports to the VP.

Key responsibilities


  *   Responsible for the quantitative pharmacology strategy across all stages 
of drug development and registration.
  *   Serves as  clinical pharmacology expert in clinical and translational 
development strategies, protocol preparation, study execution, data 
review/analysis, study reports.
  *   Lead Scientist responsible for model-based data analyses  (population PK, 
PK/PD modeling and simulation, meta-analysis, etc)
  *   Regulatory strategist and  global functional lead responsible for 
regulatory response
  *   Expected to maintain cutting edge knowledge of quantitative methods and 
software relevant to drug development

Requirements


  *   PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field with 7 years of experience
  *   Strong understanding of clinical pharmacology and hands-on experience 
with PK/PD modeling analysis
  *   Experience in regulatory interactions
  *   Excellent communication, multitasking, and collaboration skills
