Dear colleagues,

Certara will be hosting a full-day hands-on workshop before the PAGE Congress
on R speaks NLME and pyDarwin. R Speaks NLME (RsNLME,
https://www.certara.com/software/r-speaks-nlme-rsnlme/, and documentation at
https://certara.github.io/R-RsNLME) is an open source collection of R packages
and companion RShiny apps that allow scientists to run models using the Certara
NLME engine directly from the R command line. RsNLME provides turnkey workflows
to efficiently build and run a wide range of population PK/PD models.

pyDarwin (https://certara.github.io/pyDarwin/html/index.html) is an open source
python package for machine learning based population pk/pd Model selection.
pyDarwin makes available 6 machine learning algorithms for robust, efficient
and objective selection from a user defined set of candidate models.

Objectives:  RsNLME and Pirana

  * Introduction and Overview of RsNLME and Pirana
  *   Creating RsNLME models
     *   Pirana New Model command
     *   RsNLME command line
     *   Importing models from Phoenix
  *   Executing RsNLME models
  *   Model Diagnostics
  *   Model Refinement
  *   Visual Predictive Check
  *   Simulation

Objectives: pyDarwin
* Overview/theory of machine learning model selection in pyDarwin
* Implementation of pyDarwin (NLME) from command line - hands on using
AWS workspace
* Implementation of RDarwin (NLME) in RStudio - hands on using AWS
workspace
* Reporting search results using Darwin Reporter - hands on using AWS
workspace.
