Dear Sumit bhai, Its good to know that you are also interested to work for Open Source. Why don't you join BdOSN (www.bdosn.org), Bangladesh Open Source Network, this voluntary group works on FOSS. You can join the Localization Group at http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/bangla_l10n, bangla_l10n, Bangla Localization Group. On this 3rd Feb at Ekushey'r boimela they will officially open the Ubuntu in Bangladesh.
As you want to work on development/localization of Ubuntu, BdOSN can be the nice place to start with. On the other hand BLUA (Bangladesh Linux User Alliance) also work on Ubuntu (www.ubuntu-bd.org), you may know Russel bhai, he is nice person an expert of Linux. On BdOSN Jamil bhai, Shubin, MAK bhai and Munir Bhai is expert on Linux and they are some dedicated fellow for popularizing Open Source in Bangladesh. I'm also kindda new for Ubuntu, I worked on RedHat Fedora, and I used to have FOSS in my office and around.
