You pass the result of callback to nextTick. you should do:

function helloWorld(age, name, callback) { 
      console.log('age ' + age); 
      console.log('name ' + name); 
      process.nextTick(callback); 
}; 

I'm not sure if you can pass arguments to your callbacks.
