Running "npm install" can be done repeatedly, and it handles this 
gracefully.

When upgrading to a new version of node, is it recommended to delete the 
node_modules directory and then run "npm install" to get a very fresh and 
clean directory?  :-)

I understand that it will probably work either way.  (to delete the 
directory, or to leave the directory.)     But is it good practice to do 
one thing or the other?
