This is a pretty comprehensive list. I can't imagine you'd walk into any 
community with such a specific list and get a ready-made solution. Maybe 
java, but who wants to do that? ;)

That said, you should check out geddy. It's a framework that leans more 
towards batteries included and convention over configuration. It has 2-4 on 
your list. I'm not sure what "works well with angular" entails exactly. 
Maybe you can expand on that. As for thrift support, you'll probably have 
to integrate that yourself. But I'm sure there are lots of modules you 
might find helpful. And since the search on npmjs.org works now, it's
