It reported as IIS (I think 6 or 7 - I don't have logs in front of me), but
my gut feeling is it was probably some sort of appliance sitting in front
of that breaking things. It only happened when being fed a PDF. I fixed it
by hacking the socket's "ondata" function and shortening the "end" value
when I had all the bytes up to Content-Length.
