That's unfortunate.

It's becoming more common to see web apps for document editing, such as Google 
Docs or Apple's forthcoming iWork for iCloud. I would expect such apps to need 
to transfer larger amounts of data from the client to the server than 
traditional web sites. How should such sites mitigate this problem?
