I am also having this problem. Running Windows 7 64 bit. Node version 0.10.16 npm version 1.3.8. Looks like npm is installing phonegap packages on to a network share \\mjzdat1\appdata$\terry\AppData\Roaming and I wonder if this is the cause of this problem. Please someone help. Is there a way for me to configure the phonegap install such that it installs the phonegap packages locally?
