Hello all,

a question on memory management: IIUC, Buffer (and a few other types of data)
are allocated outside the heap and not subject to the v8 1.8GB limit. If that’s
right does Node use its own memory management for this? How does that work? Is
it documented somewhere perhaps that I can read up on? Thank you,
