I have setup a development machine on windows using Virtualbox running Ubuntu.
I would like to create all my graphics etc on my windows machine and then keep them synced using shed folders. When I run NPM in my app folder to install grunt --save-dev and yo webbapp it returns errors. I know this because it is fine when I don't share the folder. How can I make this work? It now seems pointless to use node with Virtual Box thus using Grunt and Yeoman. Why is all this stuff so hard to learn and use it all seems so pointless.
