A 1 year rule. After requests to include this rule due to "gentlemen's agreement/s" I will yeild to the requests. It is very simple that no PLAYER can be traded back to the team he was traded from for 1 year (365 days). This is something that I have been trying as much/hard as I can to stop. This is something that our President Mr. Howard brought to mine and John's attentions several years ago. I have stopped several this yr alone and was offered same type trade more than once myself. However I cant stop those that I DONT know about. This rule doesnt apply to draft picks as they maybe traded as often as you want. There have been trade/s that were made (w/o my knowledge) that the manager wasn't the same manager as agreed to "gentlemen's agreement" and then was stuck with a trade that he would never have made otherwise. This includes any trades made before today! In other word trade made 364 day ago are included also. Hopefully this doesnt apply to anyone but just in case..........................
